4 in family killed in morning attack
Armed men brutally attacked five members of a family yesterday, leaving four dead and a child fighting for his life.

Eight-year-old Kelvin Ling Chei You, who suffered injuries to his head, is in critical condition in Sibu Hospital's intensive care unit.
The dead were identified as Kelvin's 36-year-old businessman father, Ling Tong Hock, brother David Ling Chei Qi, 10, sister Amy Ling Zi Jiun, 7, and Tong Hock's 76-year-old mother Leong Nyuk Lan.
The bodies of Tong Hock and his mother were found in the kitchen, while the children were found in the living room and bedrooms.
All except Amy were found with multiple slash wounds on their bodies and their heads bludgeoned.
However, Tong Hock's wife Li Xiao Lan, 27, managed to escape the 7am attack.
She was upstairs when she heard a commotion downstairs and decided to seek help by climbing out the window.
District police chief Assistant Commissioner of Police Shafie Ismail, when asked whether the attack was planned, did not rule it out.
However, he declined to make any conclusions.
"We believe more than one person was involved in this attack and we believe that both blunt and sharp objects were used.
"However, please do not speculate about this case.
"Let us investigate."
