Over 11,000 waiting for organ, tissue transplants

Health Minister Datuk Sei Liow Tiong Lai said despite the increasing numbers of organ pledges and actual donors, the numbers of actual organ donors are still very small. He said that in his speech before launching the National Organ Donation Awareness Week 2010 celebrations on Sunday.
