A dispatch rider who pleaded guilty to raping a 13-year-old girl claimed trial after disagreeing with the facts of the case.

Mohamed Khairul Khadza Adanan, 23, is accused of having sex with the teenager (then 13 years, three months old) at his apartment Taman Sri Kuching, here at around 11am on May 7.

The facts stated that Mohamed Khairul brought the victim to swim in the Ulu Yam river and taken her for a meal before taking her to his apartment.

It further stated that once in the apartment Mohamed Khairul had groped the teenager, taken her clothes off and had sex with her.
